What Are the Odds? Review and Giveaway

Meredith LeVande is a wonderful children's musician.  She has a sweet voice and lyrics that encourage her listeners to interact-to get kids MOVING!  Meredith's goal was to put the child back into children's music and I feel she accomplished this wonderfully. 

Each song is both catchy and creative which is why What Are the Odds? CD is so much fun to play at home and in the car without annoying us parents and caretakers.  Come on, admit it. There are plenty of shows and songs that even though the kids like them can be so annoying to a parent but we live with it because it makes them happy.  BONUS-What Are the Odds?  has 16 songs that are ALL educational.  Your child will also learn about what things have wheels, fruits and veggies, silly animals, colors and more.  A perfect disguise for learning.  I like that!  What Are the Odds?  is definitely unique! This would be a perfect addition to any  playgroup, daycare and birthdays too!  Below are 4 tracks that became quick favorites of ours.  

Track 1-Nothing is better then seeing that little smile pop up on Gracie’s face as soon as I play the first song from What Are the Odds?  Gracie (11 months) starts swaying back and forth soon after. This song serves as an introduction to the rest by being titled appropriately Hello 

Track 2, What Are the Odds? the catchy title song, teaches children about (what else but) odds in such a way that will surely help your kids catch on and quickly too.  

Track 9, Circle, is a lovely addition.  It encourages children and families to dance together in unity.  For the human soul to connect to others.

Track 10, Turn Your Body Around, is one of Gracie’s favorites and reminded me of the hokey pokey but so much better. At first with Gracie in my arms, I was dancing to it while following the directions but now Gracie watches me while bouncing and STILL smiling away :)  

About-Meredith LeVande-started as a successful singer/songwriter on the college circuit, where her shows often featured introspective songs about childhood struggles and finding ones’s true self.  One day, during a performance before a crowd of families, she was inspired to improvise a presentation of traditional children’s songs.
