I love finding companies that are not only owned/ran by women like my store is, but that are also Eco-friendly.  BONUS is when they also offer items that are hand-made! 
When I think of handmade gifts, it congers up images of home craft projects, whose work is more labor intensive than fun and the final product not turning out exactly as I had hoped. This is not true when it comes to Cora Carolina!

My Take-The hand-made Elizabeth the Bunny that I received for review is without doubt one of the most beautiful hand-made stuffed animals I have ever seen.  She is beautiful with wonderful features. Very well made-you can see by the pictures above that a lot of care went into her work. Absolutely adorable.  I wondered how it would look or if it would actually look as good as it did at Cora Carolina, but once she arrived, I realized that you could not go wrong with any of their hand-made plush items.  Elizabeth the Bunny is crafted with the greatest attention to detail and even though I had looked at them all on the website, for some reason I didn’t quite catch that Elizabeth was 30 inches tall!  Imagine my surprise when I first saw her.  Now imagine Gracie seeing this wonderful stuffed Bunny that was bigger than she was!  Elizabeth the Bunny or any other plush would look amazing even as an accent pillow in a child’s bedroom, propped on a bookshelf in a playroom, or dragged all over the house…which is probably where she’ll end up if your child loves it as much as we do.  I love having something else that reminded me of my MawMaw who made plush toys for me when I was a little girl. Cora Carolina offers a fun assortment of hand-made plush items and dolls to choose from.  I can hardly wait until Gracie is a year older because I have my eye on a couple dolls to get her.  I know we BOTH will enjoy them :)  For when she loses her first tooth the Bunny Tooth Fairy Toy will be PERFECT!  It comes with a plaid chest pocket, so your youngster can hide her lost tooth for the magical overnight coin exchange-how fun is that?!
