ORGANIC – BAMBOO – HEMP – HANDMADE

I just LOVE when I come across a company that offers items that not only are handmade but I especially love when they are clothes!  Helping to support other small businesses that make anything with their hands is something I really try to do. The talent and hard work that goes behind each is absolutely amazing. 

At Green Baby Clothing I was interested in reviewing their Handmade Carnival Bloom Dress  and because I liked the entire outfit, I went ahead an purchased myself the plain white organic cotton onesie and hat to go with it.  I really liked what I received so I revisited Green Baby Clothing to buy more! One more of their handmade dresses in Damask (sweetest dresses I have ever seen), two pairs of their handmade leg warmers to match the dresses, and three handmade hats!  The only drawback was that Gracie decided she didn’t want to wear hats anymore :( BUT the hand crocheted monkey hat as strings that tie around her little chubby face which keeps it on! Gotcha! At least until she learns to untie. 

I now have my eye on the Princess Sock Monkey Hat.  Check it out. Adorable isn’t it? It includes a tie too! The owner, Jill, really has some cutie patooties for models too and that seems to be the problem with me. I am such a sucker for babies and toddlers!

Below are the pics and descriptions of the items that I chose, with a little input from me. Trust me. You will not be disappointed. I have been so happy with it all. BONUS-Jill will help you with any questions you may have and I had plenty :o  

Dresses-Handmade Damask-Beautifully handmade with fine details and fun patterns. Snap closures at each shoulder.  100% cotton, wash cold and tumble dry. They both have held up great! I plan on Gracie wearing the Carnival Bloom Dress for Thanksgiving. BONUS-they can be worn in all seasons. With or without a onesie or t-shirt underneath.

Hand Knitted Leg Warmers-Look at those legs!  Love 'em! These have a lot of stretch and are a great addition to any outfit!  Great to keep baby extra cozy too! Jill helped me decide what design would go best with the dresses I chose and they were the perfect accessory. They added a little funk to the outfit which is what I wanted. Gracie has also worn them with other outfits that she already had.

.Organic Cotton Onesie-100% Organic Cotton, Made in Fair Trade Facility, Dyed with eco-friendly, low-impact dyes, Quality stitching and Enzyme washed for extra softness. Incredibly soft too!  This is definitely a staple for any child’s wardrobe. Even though she isn't jogging yet, Gracie has worn her white one under jogging suits. The pink one goes perfectly with the handmade damask dress and pink leg warmers.

Hats-They even have ones that match the dresses and are reversible too! 

Hand Knit Pumpkin Hat-these hats are not only soft and warm - they are so much fun!  Sure to get a smile every where you go!  Great for those chilly Fall days and nights!  100% Cotton. Teddy Hat-Hand Crocheted-Brown-These hats are not only soft and warm - they are so much fun!  Sure to get a smile every where you go!  Fun compliment to any outfit! The beautiful pink flower is securely crocheted right on to the hat. 100% Cotton. This was a favorite of ours. Soft soft and just right for the Fall weather we are having. 

Elf Hat-This was my most recent purchase. Jill posted it on their FB page and I was sold.  Hand Crocheted-These hats are adorable and WARM!  Sure to get a smile every where you go! Jill is planning for all the kids to wear one for the Holiday photo. Great idea, don’t you think?
