My Take-First impression-a little hippyish to me and my husband thought it was a bit cheesy, but that was fine with me because it really worked to entertain and involve our daughter more than I thought it would. 

Although my daughter is almost two, if something catches her attention, most of the time she will stick with it. I already try my best to practice yoga so she was already mimicking me. Even though it made things a little harder on me, I thought it was so cute and worth the extra time it took. It obviously was not as kid orientated as it would be if we were practicing a kids yoga DVD. I never knew there was such a DVD so when I was told I could review Storyland Yoga I was excited to try it out. She could already move her body to do a couple poses like “dog” and “tree” but I feel this DVD will help her to learn at least a couple more. Her attention span wanes somewhere around the middle but again, it's still good for her to be exposed to the poses.  I hope to share my love of yoga with her so she learns how helpful it can be both to her well being and health. BONUS- DVD comes in a cardboard case making it Eco-friendly plus through the storyline, it brings awareness of the world around them while teaching children to be kind to our planet.
